Adding additional player licenses is easy but requires that you resynchronize your Content Manager license with Scala's License Server. You will do this after your VAR has notified you that the licenses have been added.

Here's how you do it:

1) Launch the Content Manager and log in as Administrator.

2) Go to "Settings>License Status"

3) Take note of the fields "Scala Player Licenses for_______". You will see one or more of these change depending of the type of license(s) you'r adding.

4) Click "Get License File Online" A new license.xml file will be pulled from the Scala License server - click "OK" to view the new license. Note again the "Scala Player Licenses for_______". you should see an increase to one or more on the fields.

5) Click "Accept" to install this new license.

That's all there is to it.

If the above method is unable to connect you will be guided through a different process that will take you to the Scala License Server website and allow you download the new licnese.xml file. In this case, you will need to save the file someplace (such as your desktop) then, under "Settings>License Status" click "Import License File", navigate to the file you just saved and import it.
